I am glad I did! because the 3500 is an outstanding Arcade machine!
It is way more impressive up close & personal than seeing it on your computer....
The artwork/graphics are sharp looking & the colors pop, especially under a blacklight.
The controllers - joysticks, trackball & buttons are all top notch high quality.... the color changing trackball is very cool.
The machine is easy to operate & fun to play, and you can customize it to your specifc needs....

When I first bought the machine, I was expecting the ability to play 2 players. When I received the unit, it was configured to play one 1 player at a time. When I contacted the company, they made it their mission to fix the problem. They paid for an electrician to come to my place and install a part which fixed the issue. They also sent me a free sports neon sign as a gift. In conclusion, not only do their sell a quality product, they treat the customers like real people. They have made a customer for life.
