Our current lead time on all orders is 3 to 4 weeks.
We offer two options for shipping. One, is our Free Freight Delivery. We offer free shipping on all of our arcade machines to the lower 48 US states. Two, we offer a White Glove Delivery Service for $600. White Glove Delivery Service includes delivery, bringing the machine inside, upstairs or downstairs, setting everything up, and taking away the trash and pallet.
When you order custom artwork our art department will email you within 24 hours to gather your ideas/concept/theme. We assign you your very own graphic designer that takes your ideas and brings them to life on your machine. We then send you a screenshot of your finished artwork for approval. We do not print until your design is approved.

Most of our arcades are plug and play ready with no assembly required. Exceptions are as follows: on our 4 Player Stand Up units, you will just need to bolt the control panel onto the main unit. This is an easy process that takes 4 screws. On our pinball units, you will need to attach the four legs which is 2 bolts each leg and then 2 bolts to secure top cabinet to base. On our racers, the only assembly required is attaching the seat base to the main unit via side brackets that take 2 screws each.

All of our arcades are commercial grade machines that require very little to no maintenance. Our arcades are made for restaurants and bars and can take a beating and stand the test of time. Great for home or public use.

All of our arcades come with coin mechanisms but can be set to free play. All arcades arrive set to free play. If you would like your machine set to coin operation, we can set this before delivery. Our mechanisms accept up to 4 quarters per play and you can set this and change to free play whenever you’d like. All of our game packages are locked and new games can not be added to our game lists. Yes, you can hide inappropriate games and our tech team can set this up so your machine arrives with your requested games hidden.
Creative Arcades' user interface / game menu is the most intuitive and user friendly menu on the market. From first time players to experienced owners, you can find the game you are looking for in under 10 seconds and be on your way with one button push. To search your game list alphabetically, move joystick up or down to go through list game by game or move joystick left or right to go through list page by page. Hold joystick up or down OR left or right to scroll faster and faster. In addition, your game list will be organized into game categories like Fighting Games or Puzzle Games etc. Depending on the game list of your machine, you will also have the ability to create your own favorites list, save high scores, and search game by title by using the on screen keyboard.

No. All of our arcades can be viewed like a computer or tv. They work perfectly with any normal home 3 prong outlet. (110V to 124V is safe for daily use) We do recommend buying a surge protector.

This has been a family favorite so far! The kids and even my wife have been playing this since we got it. Travis was great to work with on the custom artwork and it looks very professional.
