1. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for participation in the Creative Arcades Affiliate Sales Program, affiliates must meet one of the following criteria: a. Maintain a social media following of at least 1000 followers; OR b. Possess a website with a minimum of 1000 monthly visits, featuring prominent links to the affiliate's Creative Arcades account.

2. Monthly Promotion Requirement: Affiliates are required to post at least once a month on their social media accounts or website about Creative Arcades, LLC. Posts should include relevant information and promotional content related to Creative Arcades products, using provided marketing materials.

3. Prohibited Activities: Coupon farms, automated coupon-generating platforms, or any similar activities aimed at manipulating the affiliate program are strictly prohibited. Affiliates found engaging in such activities will be disqualified from the program.

4. Account Inactivity: Affiliate accounts that remain inactive for a consecutive period of three (3) months will be subject to revocation. Inactivity is defined as the absence of valid promotional activities during this timeframe.

5. Payment Terms: Affiliate commissions will be processed and paid after the consumer has received the purchased product. This measure is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions, cancellations, or returns that could negatively impact the program.

6. Discount Code Guidelines: Affiliates are provided with specific discount codes for promotion. Any attempt to advertise higher discounts than those provided or using unauthorized promotional codes (e.g., 15OFF, 25OFF, 25NOW) will result in immediate account suspension. Creative Arcades, LLC reserves the right to ban affiliates for any misleading or misrepresented discounts perceived by the company.

7. Tax and Legal Responsibilities: All participants in the Creative Arcades Affiliate Sales Program are solely responsible for accurately reporting their income, complying with local tax laws, and fulfilling any duties or legal obligations related to their participation in the program. Creative Arcades, LLC is not liable for any tax liabilities or legal consequences arising from an affiliate's activities.

8. Content Originality and IP Rights: Posting content should be original, and affiliates must ensure that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Age Requirement: Affiliates must be 18 years or older to participate in the Creative Arcades Affiliate Sales Program.

10. Payout Percentage: Affiliates will receive a commission of 3% for each successful sale generated through their referral links.

11. Payment Denial: Creative Arcades, LLC reserves the right to deny payment to affiliates found to be violating the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

General Compliance: Affiliates are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the Creative Arcades Affiliate Sales Program. Creative Arcades, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time and may review an affiliate's continued participation if terms are not adhered to.

By participating in the Creative Arcades Affiliate Sales Program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Creative Arcades, LLC retains the right to amend these terms at its discretion, with notification to affiliates.
