Return Policy

Products in brand new unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee. Custom artwork is non-refundable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom Artwork is non-refundable.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Call 949-381-7367 between 9am-5pm PST. 

2. Ask to speak with someone about a return, exchange, or cancellation.

3. Be sure to have your order number ready.

4. Follow the instructions of the customer service representative to return, exchange, or cancel your order.

Additional Information:

It can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for a refund to be processed and show on your credit card statement.
