Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Creative Arcades. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the truck cannot access safely, delivery will not be completed. Please notify us immediately of any special delivery requirements including remote locations, islands, steep and/or narrow roads/driveways/bridges, dirt roads, etc. Will call (customer pick up) may be required. Transit time will vary depending on carrier. Signature is required upon delivery. Inside service is not included with freight carriers. Please ensure we have the best contact information for your order upon check out.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time.

DUE TO INCREASED DEMAND AND COVID CHALLENGES, SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.

All orders are processed into the system within 2-3 business days. Production time can be up to 3-4 weeks at which time you will receive notification your order is on the way. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods

Free Freight (4 to 5 Weeks): Your arcade will be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. **The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.**

Shipped within 5-7 Business Days [$500] (Custom Artwork Additional 4 Business Days): Your arcade will be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. **The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.**

White Glove Delivery [$600]: Your arcade will be delivered, unpacked, moved to the room of your choice inside the building, and assembled (if assembly required). **White Glove Delivery does not include assembling stools or taking away packing materials.

Arcade Machines are shipped via freight or our own drivers. The timing of when our drivers are in and out varies and does not follow the UPS estimated delivery times.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipped next Business Day [$800] (Custom Artwork Additional 4 Business Days): Your arcade will be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. **The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.**

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Creative Arcades ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Creative Arcades is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please send photos and video asap to sales@creative-arcades.com ASAP. All shipments are insured.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Route Policies

Lost - Stuck in Transit

Domestic: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update. 

International: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update. 

Stolen - Marked as Delivered

The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. 

Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report. 

Damaged 

The issue must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s), no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
